1. Since the wastewater contains vegetable stems, leaves and other substances with high water content, a fine screen should be set in front of the lifting pump.

2. In order to reduce the total amount of pollutants transported out of the factory, a mechanical crushing device is installed on the screen decontamination machine, and the crushed screen intercepts (such as vegetable stems, leaves, etc.) are filtered again through the screen and sent to the water inlet before the screen.

3. Due to the high water temperature, the aeration efficiency is adversely affected. 4. After the wastewater is discharged from the workshop, it becomes acidic during the flow in the pipeline. When it reaches the wastewater treatment plant, the pH value can reach about 5. In order to prevent acidification, a NaOH dosing device should be set up to adjust the pH of the wastewater.

5. After the remaining activated sludge is concentrated in the gravity concentration tank, it is dehydrated by a plate and frame filter press and the mud cake is transported out.
